In its activities, Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP is guided by the strategic goals set by its Sole Participant, Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
The strategic priorities of the development of Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP are to strengthen the financial stability of the Company and increase its operational efficiency, due to high-quality and effective interaction with the Fund group of companies, including with production assets.

OBJECTIVE AND SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY

Providing high-quality services in order to centralize corporate functions and ensure effective business support for the activities of the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies.

In order to achieve the objectives specified in this item, the Partnership carries out the following activities:

  • Compliance Competence Center;
  • Implementing the function of the Single Operator for the transfer of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC assets to the competitive environment;
  • Services in the information technology and trust management under the SAP Agreement;
  • Automated archival storage of documents;
  • Shared Service Center for centralization of operational functions of the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies
