Services for the Fund group of companies on scientific and technical processing of documents, their scanning and digitization

On December 10, 2020, the Modernization Council in the Fund group of organizations by the decision approved the organizational perimeter and determined the operator for implementation of the project “Centralized Archival Storage of Documents” (hereinafter - CASD) represented by the Partnership.

A full-fledged business process of the CASD, provides for the compulsory use of the Electronic Archive information system (hereinafter - EA IS), as well as the following:

• scientific and technical processing of archival documents;
• document scanning;
• document digitalization;
• document destruction;
• depository storage of archival documents (storage of documents on paper in specially equipped premises that meet the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of archival affairs – archives).

To date, the Partnership renders services among the Fund group of companies for scientific and technical processing of documents, their scanning and digitization.

Providing EA IP access services is under development.
