Samruk-Kazyna JSC is the Sole Participant of Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP
The Sole Participant participates in the management of the Partnership, solves issues related to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the Partnership to its competence.
The Sole Participant has the right to take into consideration any issue related to the activities of the Partnership.
The Sole Participant has the right to delegate powers not referred by the Law to its exclusive competence to the sole executive body – the General Director or the Supervisory Board of the Partnership.
SUPERVISORY BOARD
The Supervisory Board of the Partnership consisting of three persons has been established to control over the activities of the Executive Body of SK Business Service LLP.
SUBSIDIARY
QazCloud LLP is a service provider company for the support, maintenance and modernization of IT infrastructure, rental of virtual IT resources, and protection of information data of the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies.
