Establishment of the Compliance Competence Center based on Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP
In compliance with the Extended Roadmap in pursuance of the Instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on reforming Samruk-Kazyna JSC, approved by the Management Board of the Fund of February 24, 2022 (Minutes No. 10-p), the Compliance Competence Center of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group was established on the basis of the Partnership
NOVEMBER
Modernization of the Electronic Archive information system
In 2022, the Company continued its work as the Operator of the project “Centralized Archival Storage of Documents” on scientific and technical processing of documents and began scanning and digitizing archival documents. In addition, a lot of work was done to modernize the Electronic Archive information system, which is planned to be implemented gradually in the Fund’s companies of the project perimeter.

Establishment of the Shared Service Centre based on Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP
The Modernization Council of the Fund group of companies by the decision of May 28, 2020, approved the program “Centralization of Operational Functions into the Shared Service Center based on Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP”.
DECEMBER
Appointment of the Partnership as the “Centralized Archival Storage of Documents” Program Operator
The Modernization Council of the Fund group of companies by the decision of December 10, 2020 (Minutes No. 03/20) approved the program implementation “Centralized Archival Storage of Documents”. The Council appointed Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP as the operator of the program, approved the organizational perimeter consisting of 63 companies of the Fund group.

Reorganization of the Company into Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP
Due to the work carried out by the Fund on re-organization and transformation of its activities, including information technology and software acquisition, on centralizing and concentrating these functions for the Fund group of companies, it was decided to change the Company activities with a change in the main type of activity.
On April 22, 2016, the Management Board of the Fund by the decision introduced amendments to the Company’s Charter with a change in the type of activity, as well as the renaming of the Company to Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP.
The main activity of the Company since the re-registration has become: providing expertise on the digitalization in the Fund and the Fund group of companies.
JUNE
Acquisition of a stake in QazCloud LLP by the Company
In order to create an infrastructure service provider for the Fund group, the Supervisory Board by decision of June 30, 2016 decided to approve the acquisition by the Company of a 51% stake in the authorized capital of Kazakhtelecom Industries Enterprises Services LLP (QazCloud LLP), whose main activity was creation and implementation of competitive info-communication services.

Создание Центра экспертизы клиента SAP на базе ТОО «Самрук-Казына Бизнес Сервис
10 октября 2016 года Правлением Фонда принято решение о заключении между Фондом и Компанией Договора доверительного управления лицензиями на программное обеспечение SAP, приобретенное Фондом на основании Соглашения о предоставлении прав использования и оказания услуг по сопровождению программного обеспечения №122 от 30 декабря 2015 года. Соглашением предусмотрена обязанность Фонда создать и обеспечивать функционирование Центра экспертизы клиента SAP.
