  The CCE team performs the functions of support service, contract administration, coordination of requests for software revision/modification, information management, service planning, architectural consulting among the Fund group of companies.
• 2. Compliance Competence Center (CCC)
  

  The CCC team ensures the implementation of compliance business processes in accordance with requirements of the current anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Corporate Standard for the Compliance Function in Portfolio Companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
• 3. Department for Assets Transfer to the Competitive Environment
  

  The Department team supports the powers of the Single Operator on transfer of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC assets according to the Rules for Transfer to the Competitive Environment.
• 4. Service Department
  

  The Department team performs functions for centralizing operational (non-core) functions in the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies into the shared service center on the basis of Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP
• 5. Administrative Service
  

  The Administrative Service performs the functions of personnel administration / office management, legal support of activities, as well as HR processes that provide a full cycle of human resource management (search and selection of personnel, adaptation, KPI management, administration of the internal regulatory documents of the Partnership, organizational management, etc).

  The Financial Service team performs functions of accounting and management accounting and reporting, including treasury operations
