Announcement on PARTICIPATION IN THE AUDIT ORGANIZATION SELECTION PROCEDURE (hereinafter - the Request for participation in the Selection Procedure)

SK Business Service LLP and its subsidiary, QazCloud LLP, (collectively referred to as Customers) offer you to participate in the audit organization selection procedure to render audit services, a detailed description of which is given below:

QazCloud LLP, legal and actual address: 12/1, Kunayev street, Nur-Sultan.
Description of the volume of audit and related services (reporting periods, scope and nature of procedures) being procured from an audit organization applying for the conclusion of an audit organization services procurement contract (hereinafter - the Participant):
Audit services on financial statements for the period from 2022 to 2024, rendered according to International Audit Standards (hereinafter — MAS), provide for:
for SK Business Service LLP:
audit of the consolidated and separate financial statements for 2022-2024 prepared according to the IFRS in Kazakhstani tenge in Russian with the issuance of the Independent Auditor’s Report;
audit of the consolidated financial statements for 2022-2024 prepared according to forms approved by JSC “Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” (hereinafter - the Fund), with the issuance of the Independent Auditor’s Report on the audit of the annual package of financial statements prepared according to forms of the Fund;
review of the interim consolidated financial statements prepared according to forms of the Fund for H1 of each financial year in the period from 2022 to 2024, including a review engagement for Q2 of each financial year in the period from 2022 to 2024, with the issuance of the Independent Auditor’s Report on the review of the semi-annual package of financial statements prepared according to forms of the Fund for H1 of each financial year in the period from 2022 to 2024, including data from the Statement of Comprehensive Income for Q2 2022, 2023 and 2024;
for QazCloud LLP:
audit of the separate financial statements for 2022-2024 prepared according to the IFRS in Kazakhstani tenge in Russian with the issuance of the Independent Auditor’s Report;
for Customers:
based on results of the audit of the annual financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2022, 2023, 2024, the external auditor should prepare a letter to management with a detailed description of the shortcomings in the internal control system, accounting, tax accounting, the process of preparing financial statements identified during the audit, as well as the auditor’s recommendations for their elimination.
