Announcement on Results of the Audit Organization Selection Procedure

SK Business Service LLP informs that the Audit Organization Selection Procedure for Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP (hereinafter - the Partnership) and its subsidiary, QazCloud LLP, to audit financial statements for 2022-2024 has been completed, and the Audit Organization Selection Commission has taken following decisions:

• Determine RSM Qazaqstan LLP, the audit organization, the winner of the Selection Procedure.
• Determine MAK Russell Bedford A+Partners LLP, the audit organization, as come in close second.
• Reject the commercial offer of LLP IAC Centeraudit-Kazakhstan as non-compliant with the requirements specified in the Request for participation in the Selection Procedure
• We express our gratitude to the audit organizations that took part in the Selection Procedure.
